Do I get points when I buy gift cards?
Unfortunately, no. Points are only given for eligible TOGO’S products, like sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups, chips, desserts, and drinks.
Can gift cards be stored in the wallet as a payment method?
Yes, gift cards will be able to be stored in the TOGO’S App wallet, starting July 2026. Currently you can only add your credit card to your wallet.
Where can I purchase TOGO’S Gift Cards?
TOGO’S Gift Cards can be purchased in-store at participating U.S locations and online by visiting https://togos.com/gift-cards
How do I redeem a TOGO’S Gift Card?
You will be able to use your TOGO’S Gift Card online or in-store! If redeeming your gift card online, you can select the “TOGO’s Gift Card” payment option and enter your gift card number at check out, you can also click “Save card to account?” to add your gift card to your TOGO’S Rewards account. You will have to enter your gift card number and PIN to redeem.

I keep trying to register my Gift Card, but it is not working. What do I do?
Your Gift Card may have been purchased/produced prior to November 1, 2016. You can still use your old Gift Card to make purchases, but it cannot be registered or added to your Rewards Account. If you have a Gift Card purchased/produced after November 1, 2016, or believe there’s an error, please contact Customer Support – www.togos.com/contact-us. Please include 16 digit number on back of card in request to locate account. Note: TOGO’S is not responsible for plastic, paper or virtual gift cards purchased through 3rd party gift card resellers.
Do TOGO’S Gift Cards expire?
Physical and E-Gift Cards are redeemable at all participating TOGO’S locations until all funds have been spent. Promotional E-Gift or Bonus Cards have an expiration date printed on the front of the card or are explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Can I get cash back on the balance of my gift card?
As per California law, any valid purchased Gift Card balance under $15 can be reimbursed as cash back. Outside of California, TOGO’S will provide cash back in accordance with local regulations. Please note that Oregon and Washington have a provision for balances under $5.00. Promotional E-Gift or Bonus Cards have no cash value.
E-Gift Cards FAQs
When will my recipient receive their E-Gift Card
Your E-Gift Card will be sent via email or text message on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most E-Gift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, E-Gift Cards are sent on the scheduled delivery date. For further questions and answers, please contact Customer Support – www.togos.com/contact-us/. Please provide order number as well as email address of recipient to find account.
What does the recipient receive when I send an E-Gift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, the recipient will receive an email notification or a text with a link about your gift. The user may add it to their TOGO’S Rewards account, if they so choose.

TOGO’S Eateries, LLC (“TOGO’S”) is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or misplaced cards, or cards used without permission. Redeemable only at participating TOGO’S U.S. locations. Not valid in certain locations, including non-participating franchisee locations, and certain restaurants in stadiums, airports, hospitals, hotels, college campuses, gas stations and military bases. Not redeemable for prior purchases, gift card purchases or gift certificates. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. To use, present physical Gift Cards at time of in-store purchase or if using E-Gift cards, present card number and PIN. All purchased Gift Cards are reloadable.
