Tony & Togo’s: In 2007, Tony Gioia and Mainsail Partners, a leading growth equity firm, acquired Togo’s Eateries, a multi-unit premium sandwich concept, from Dunkin’ Brands Inc. Today, Tony serves as Chairman and CEO of Togo’s Holdings, LLC, which operates more than 240 locations across the Western United States.

Renae Scott
Vice President of Branding & Marketing, Togo’s Eateries, Inc.
Renae & Togo’s: Renae Scott joined Togo’s as vice president of branding and marketing in March 2009 and oversees new product development, marketing and managing.
A visionary and strategist, Renae supervises all aspects of brand management. She has led Togo’s brand-rejuvenation efforts through her in-store experience – working to redesign the company’s logo, menu boards, uniforms and packaging. In addition, Renae has developed a new store prototype and remodel package for franchisees, and has been instrumental in launching new and limited time offer marketing promotions and public relations campaigns.
Professional Experience: Renae is an experienced executive and strategic marketer, having managed several nationally recognized brands within the restaurant, food and beverage, consumer products and non-profit industries.

Todd & Togo’s: Todd Peterson joined Togo’s Sandwiches as vice president of franchise sales in July 2009. He is responsible for leading the company’s large network of franchise operations.
At the forefront of Togo’s rapid yet careful franchise growth has been Todd, leading corporate development and brand-refresh initiatives to drive expansion.

Rand & Togo’s: Rand Ferris joined Togo’s Sandwiches as vice president of operations in 2010. He assumes responsibility for operations including: franchised and company-owned stores, training and new restaurant construction.
A hands-on management approach, by Rand, plays a key role in effectively carrying out Togo’s aggressive strategic growth plans while continuing to focus on supporting the Togo’s franchise system.
Professional Experience: Rand is an accomplished executive with nearly 30 years of experience in executive management, business development and restaurant operations. He brings a specialized focus on operations in the restaurant industry. Having served for nearly a decade as vice president of franchise operations for International House of Pancakes (IHOP), he was involved in opening more than 500 new restaurants for the IHOP brand.
