Catering FAQ’s
How do I place a catering order?
You may order directly online through the website, or by calling your nearest TOGO’S – location list here.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for all catering orders to accuracy and timeliness, but are able to fill same-day orders in most locations.
Can I order delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for all locations, and will be fulfilled either by a TOGO’S employee or a 3rd party delivery partner.
When ordering online, I’m told my address is outside of the delivery area. Can I still get a delivery? What is the delivery area?
Delivery area varies from location to location, but is roughly 15 miles around the restaurant. Some restaurants can accommodate out of area deliveries on a case by case basis dependent on driver availability, travel distance and time. Call your nearest location for specific inquiries.
Can I change my order after I have placed it online?
Changes to your order can be made up to 2 hours in advance. Contact the restaurant directly to make any changes to your placed order.
What if I need to cancel an order?
Contact the restaurant directly and a manager can assist you with cancelling your order and issuing a refund. If your order is cancelled less than 2 hours before your pickup/delivery time, a cancellation fee may apply.
Will my catering order include plates and utensils?
Yes! We include plates, napkins, and serving & dining utensils with all catering tray and group salad orders.

What if some of my guests have dietary restrictions or an allergy?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. When ordering, please utilize the comments box to let us know about any specific needs or requests.
Do you have any vegetarian catering options?
Yes! Our vegetarian options include the #15 Greek Veggie sandwich or wrap, #21 Cali Veggie sandwich or wrap, and Farmer’s Market salad or wrap.
Do I accrue loyalty points for catering orders?
Yes! If you are enrolled in our TOGO’S Rewards program, you receive 1 point for every $1 spent, with a max accrual of 100 points per order. Available rewards can be redeemed towards catering orders.
